💼 About This Role

You'll help customers design and optimize their Metabase implementation, solving complex data problems and troubleshooting issues. Your work will guide users to unlock insights from their data without relying on a data team. This fully remote role with an async culture offers rare meetings and continuous learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Talk to users to understand goals and challenges
• Help design and optimize Metabase implementations
• Guide customers on data extraction, transformation, and querying
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years writing production code, administering systems, or managing databases
• Strong database and SQL skills
• Expert in at least two: web app development, infrastructure (Docker, AWS/GCP), or database management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Metabase or other BI tools
• Experience working for an open source product
• Fluency in multiple languages
