You'll monitor Twilio's platform traffic to ensure it's legal, compliant, and wanted. You'll investigate cases to identify bad actors and protect customers, all while working in a remote-first environment. This role offers the chance to become a subject matter expert in compliance investigations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate cases quickly to analyze bad actor behavior
• Identify trends and recommend preventative solutions
• Use call detail records and traffic data to detect patterns
• Provide customer support via email to ensure excellent experience

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in fraud, abuse, or compliance
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Zendesk, Airtable, or Looker
• Basic understanding of APIs
• Background in telecommunications
