Description

Lead the design and implementation of a platform using Generative AI to transform legacy applications into modern microservices on MongoDB. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive the orchestration layer and automation tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development and operations experience
• Deep experience building platforms and distributable software infrastructure
• Experience using GenAI in building complex large-scale systems
• 2+ years leading, coaching, and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team
• Lead design and implementation of orchestration layer for application modernization
• Leverage GenAI to build scalable building blocks for autonomous workflows
• Collaborate with MongoDB product teams for seamless integration
• Drive engineering strategy and key technical decisions for the AMP platform
