Description

You will modernize and elevate GumGum's global talent acquisition function, serving as a player-coach who personally leads high-priority searches (especially GTM and Sales) while building strategy, systems, and performance discipline. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and is a core member of the HR Leadership Team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven experience leading or rebuilding a TA function at Sr. Manager / Director level or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute TA strategy
• Experience with metrics-driven, commercially aligned talent acquisition
• Ability to partner credibly with Sales leadership on role definition and closing strategy

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve global TA strategy aligned to business priorities and workforce planning
• Establish hiring prioritization frameworks in partnership with Sales, Technology, Customer Success, Operations, and executive leadership
• Build dashboards and reporting to drive decisions and improve hiring outcomes
• Personally lead a portfolio of high-impact searches, particularly GTM and revenue-generating roles
• Lead and develop a lean global TA team, setting high standards for professionalism and candidate experience
