🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshoot electrical problems using testing devices
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local regulations

📋 Requirements

• Valid State of Iowa Journeyman Electrician License
• 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

• Experience mentoring apprentices
