Description

You will lead new business acquisition, scale go-to-market strategy, and expand our presence within financial institutions. You'll build and lead a high-performing sales organization, shaping the sales playbook and aligning with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to win strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as VP of Sales or similar senior sales leadership role
  • Experience selling AI-powered enterprise products, preferably in regulated industries
  • Strong track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Expertise in enterprise sales cycles, deal management, and strategic C-level engagement
  • Deep understanding of financial services industry

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the entire new revenue function including pipeline generation, forecasting, execution, and deal velocity
  • Design and implement sales strategies for enterprise segments across ideal customer profiles
  • Build frameworks to accelerate sales cycles for AI-powered enterprise products, especially in regulated industries
  • Hire, coach, and retain high-performing Account Executives, SDRs, and Regional Sales Leaders
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align roadmap, messaging, and expansion opportunities
