Description

As a Workday AMS Senior Certified Payroll Consultant, you will architect, configure, and test Workday solutions to meet client needs, while also mentoring other consultants and supporting proposal preparations and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Current active Workday Partner US, Canada, or UK Payroll Certification
• 4+ years implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking solutions
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Payroll (US/Canada/UK) AMS engagements, including requirement gathering, configuration, prototyping, testing, and knowledge transfer
• Assist with legacy data conversion and integration testing between Workday and third-party systems
• Mentor new consultants and coach others on product knowledge
• Facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices and maintain client satisfaction
• Provide regular status reports to project managers highlighting risks and improvements
