Description
As a Workday AMS Senior Certified Payroll Consultant, you will architect, configure, and test Workday solutions to meet client needs, while also mentoring other consultants and supporting proposal preparations and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Current active Workday Partner US, Canada, or UK Payroll Certification
- 4+ years implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking solutions
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Payroll (US/Canada/UK) AMS engagements, including requirement gathering, configuration, prototyping, testing, and knowledge transfer
- Assist with legacy data conversion and integration testing between Workday and third-party systems
- Mentor new consultants and coach others on product knowledge
- Facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices and maintain client satisfaction
- Provide regular status reports to project managers highlighting risks and improvements
