Description

You will be the primary operational contact for channel partner accounts, handling high-volume orders, account setup, and operations. You'll work with cross-functional teams to process orders through activation and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary operational contact for assigned channel partners
• Review and validate purchase orders and documents for compliance
• Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures
• Apply pricing, discounts, and terms per customer contracts
• Track order timelines and flag risks
