🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
• Own product direction for analytics, personalization, experimentation, and platform capabilities.
• Integrate AI and extensible platform capabilities into product strategy.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships across departments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Group Product Manager or Director leading multiple teams in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of setting product strategy and delivering outcomes across platform and user-facing layers.
• Strong hands-on product leadership with experience in discovery, strategy, and execution.
• Proven track record in building and scaling data platforms and API-first products.

• Background in AI/ML, CRO, analytics, personalization, or content management domains.
• People leadership experience coaching and developing Product Managers.
