💼 About This Role

You'll join a growing Customer Success team to onboard new clients onto our SaaS accounting solution and help accounting teams improve their close process. You'll use your accounting background in a consulting role, working with happy clients daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client kick-off calls and explain implementation process
• Review close documentation and advise on best practices
• Organize client close checklist into a customized Excel mapping document
• Conduct screenshare training for accounting teams on FloQast software

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2-3 years of public accounting or equivalent experience
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles

✨ Nice to Have

• CA and/or public accounting experience
• Strong client-facing experience
