Description

You will partner with SRE leaders and engineers to scale the platform underpinning all of MongoDB's cloud products, driving program execution, strengthening production reliability, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across US and EMEA teams. Success means smoother launches, clearer roadmaps, and stronger reliability metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management or comparable technical role
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-team platform initiatives
• Strong knowledge of production change management, SDLC, and reliability metrics
• Ability to query and interpret metrics and logs to inform decisions
• Excellent communication skills across engineers and executives

Responsibilities

• Drive program planning and execution with SRE teams
• Strengthen production reliability through change management and SLOs/SLIs
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Security, Compliance, and Cloud platform teams
• Design scalable processes and communication patterns for reliability at scale
