• Lead autonomous cross-functional innovation team and project portfolio
• Guide strategic foresight to identify future running trends
• Design exploration paths and real-world experiments
• Manage portfolio of innovation projects with clear success criteria

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, marketing or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in innovation or product creation in performance footwear or adjacent categories
• 5+ years directing and developing high-performance teams
• Proven track record leading breakthrough concepts from fuzzy front-end to commercial pilots
