💼 About This Role

You'll co-lead the Finance & Servicing platform domain at Plenti, a fintech lender. Your core impact will be driving the roadmap for systems that underpin financial operations and regulatory reporting. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering and finance to solve complex platform challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the Domain Charter including scope, KPIs and compliance controls.
• Lead end-to-end ownership of outcomes, from strategic roadmap to incident leadership.
• Manage cross-domain dependencies with Origination, Credit and other teams.
• Lead strategic platform initiatives such as ledger capability rollouts or platform rebuilds.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Significant experience in platform or core financial systems.
• Experience in two or more of: core banking/ledger platforms, payments/reconciliations, securitisation/warehouse platforms, or financial/regulatory reporting.
• Proven experience owning finance or post-origination platform domains end-to-end.

• Experience with Australian lending and reporting frameworks (CCR or ATO).
• Exposure to payment rails, securitisation, servicer reporting or data governance.
