Description

You will design, build, and maintain backend services, work with the team to define and scope new features, and contribute to engineering culture. You'll collaborate across functions to solve real customer problems and ensure system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 3–15 years professional backend engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Comfort working in cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services powering the Pump platform
• Define and scope new product features with the team
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement
• Extend internal tools, dev workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate across functions to solve customer problems
