You'll provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them restore strength and mobility. Your work will enable patients to safely navigate their homes and communities. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through our agency network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function for individualized goals
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Basic comfort with technology (email, EMR)
