You'll lead and evolve the People function at a holistic financial health company, partnering with the COO and executive team to scale the organization. You'll design multi-year HR strategy, drive talent and performance management, and champion employee experience. This onsite role in NYC offers the chance to shape culture at a recognized innovative startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute multi-year People strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee performance management frameworks and talent retention programs
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and improve lifecycle processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in large organizations and high-growth startups
• Demonstrated experience supporting post-close integration work
• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Knowledge of NYC employment laws
• SHRM or HRCI certification
