You'll ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, managing administrative functions and logistical needs for LA28. You'll support the team by maintaining a productive work environment and coordinating office supplies, mail, and events.

- Coordinate mail and shipping distribution and invoices.
- Greet visitors and manage check-in/check-out.
- Procure office supplies and restock shelves.
- Schedule conference rooms and manage meeting setup.
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of office administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Experience with event coordination.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Knowledge of procurement software.
