Description

You will lead and scale the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) at Roblox, moving from ad-hoc responses to a structured, orchestrated operation. You'll build the program, drive automation, command high-severity incidents, and collaborate cross-functionally to protect thousands of developers and millions of users.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Infosec, IT, or Incident Response
• 5+ years specializing in Security Incident Response
• Experience building incident response program capabilities
• Proven incident command and executive briefing skills
• Deep hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, SOAR

Responsibilities

• Lead SIRT program: own strategy, define metrics, drive scaling
• Command high-severity security incidents
• Create and maintain runbooks, IRPs, and response workflows
• Drive SOAR and response tooling automation
• Mentor team through tabletop exercises and post-incident reviews
