💼 About This Role

You'll design and build the orchestration layer for agentic AI across our security platform. Your work will empower SOC analysts to automate triage and reduce MTTR at production scale. You'll shape platform architecture and engineering standards in a high-impact role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate the control plane for agent orchestration
• Build production-grade services with clear APIs and correctness guarantees
• Implement multi-agent orchestration and tool-using agents
• Ensure traceability and auditability of agent decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production cloud services at scale
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern API design
• Hands-on experience shipping agentic AI systems to production
• Experience operating production services with a security-first mindset

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with retrieval-augmented workflows and prompt optimization
• Background in security operations (SIEM, XDR, SOAR)
• Familiarity with explainability and compliance of AI workflows
