Description

You will manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via tele-health. You will collaborate with NPs/PAs and utilize in-office procedures, while enjoying patient-centered care with small panel sizes and 30-minute appointments.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics (or board eligible with plan to certify within 1 year)
• State licensed in Colorado
• Passion for human-centered primary care
