🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a small engineering team, setting tone for quality and collaboration
• Conduct standups, retros, and 1-to-1s to keep team aligned
• Remain hands-on in C# / .NET development and code reviews
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Designers on delivery

📋 Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience with C# / .NET / .NET Core
• Proven mentoring or informal leadership experience
• Proficient in SQL and committed to code quality
• Experience with Azure cloud environments
