💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end payroll operations at Wealthfront, ensuring accuracy and compliance while building scalable infrastructure for a high-growth finance team. You'll partner cross-functionally to streamline payroll processes and drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process semi-monthly payroll, including complex deductions
• Handle equity payroll tasks for stock options, RSUs, ESPP
• Lead payroll tax mobility and compliance across jurisdictions
• Reconcile year-end reports and resolve tax notices

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of payroll or accounting/finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Payroll system expertise (Namely/ADP/Dayforce preferred)
• U.S. GAAP and internal controls knowledge

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA certification
• Experience with NetSuite, Bill.com, Expensify
• Tech industry payroll experience
