💼 About This Role

You'll work as a Master Substitute Registered Behavior Technician in school-based settings, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support students with autism and IDDs. You'll reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence while collaborating with teachers and school teams. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a stable Monday-Friday schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior therapy techniques in classroom settings
• Collect behavior data as specified in client plans
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Provide training and assistance to help students acquire skills

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• One year of RBT experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR ParaPro Praxis passage
• Experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities
