💼 About This Role

You'll lead UX design for e-commerce and complex digital journeys at a leading creative agency. You'll own the full UX process from discovery to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes and design artifacts. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure user-centered solutions that meet client goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run UX requirements workshops
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Present design rationale to working groups and C-Suite

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in UX design, ideally at an agency
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating best-in-class UX
• Breadth of experience in e-commerce or complex journeys
• Excellent client communication skills
