You'll lead the first dedicated deal desk function at a fast-growing AI startup, optimizing deal structures and navigating approvals to accelerate revenue. You'll partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to develop innovative deal solutions and drive efficiency. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the playbook at a company backed by Andreessen Horowitz.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage deal desk workflows and approval processes
• Provide guidance on non-standard pricing requests
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering
• Analyze deal performance and pricing trends

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops in SaaS
• 1+ years experience with pricing strategy for financial products
• Proven track record with complex enterprise deals
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and revenue recognition

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RCA/CPQ solutions
• Salesforce and CPQ system expertise
