💼 About This Role

You'll install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes while troubleshooting issues and ensuring code compliance. You'll communicate with homeowners and work both independently and as part of a team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Perform panel upgrades, wiring, and lighting installation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years residential electrical experience
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage time

✨ Nice to Have

• Journeyman Electrician license in MD or DE
• Experience with service calls and troubleshooting
• Ability to mentor apprentices
