💼 About This Role

You'll lead the entire factory production process at our M0 microfactory in Andover, MA, from raw material intake to final module wrapping. Your core impact will be building a predictable, scalable, repeatable operating system while scaling from an early factory to a larger facility launch. This is a leadership role that requires someone who can run the floor and run the system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and enforce throughput and schedule tracking methodology.
• Spend time on factory floor observing, coaching, and removing blockers.
• Drive improvements to completion with owners and measurable results.
• Hire and develop area leads and frontline managers for rapid scaling.

📋 Requirements

• Proven ops leader with ability to learn and run complex systems quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to run a high-variability operation with discipline.
• Strong change management and follow-through.
• Experience in a scaling environment (facility launch/ramp preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Factory GM / Senior Ops Manager profile.
• Comfortable interfacing with software/hardware teams.
• Built staffing/training systems from scratch.
