Description

You will work on a lean, cross-functional team to help private equity-backed companies improve financial visibility, planning, and analytics, often stepping in to build reporting processes, implement tools like PowerBI, and train client teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 15 years of experience at top tier PE firm, investment bank, and/or consulting firm
• High attention to detail and advanced quantitative skills in financial modeling and valuation
• Proven ability to leverage Excel and PowerBI to analyze complex datasets
• Transactional finance and operational finance experience
• Prior experience preparing reports and presenting data-driven insights
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Determine data availability and design structured processes for financial reporting
• Work with CFO, PE sponsor, and operating team to establish KPIs and reporting packages
• Develop reporting cadence and automated processes using PowerQuery and PowerPivot
• Train FP&A teams on process flows and forecast analysis tools
• Design singular finance functions for consolidated businesses
• Select and implement ERP solutions
