Your core impact is driving conversion from first contact to listed home while holding both conversion and experience quality. This role stands out because it's not about optimizing what exists but building something structurally different.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-native intake flows using LLMs for real-time lead qualification
• Design personalized onboarding sequences adapting to homeowner attributes
• Develop predictive lead scoring models for Advisor routing
• Create agentic follow-up and nurture sequences with behavioral triggers

📋 Requirements

• Product ownership experience in growth or conversion funnels
• AI/ML product experience with LLMs or predictive models
• Data-driven approach to instrumentation and experimentation
• Stakeholder management across data science, engineering, and sales
