📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in content moderation, compliance, or trust & safety.
• Strong understanding of sensitive online content areas like hate speech and violence.
• Experience analyzing moderation data and performance metrics.
• Excellent English communication skills for feedback and direction.
