💼 About This Role

You'll assist clients on financial, operational, and tax issues associated with M&A transactions, using financial acumen and accounting standards. You'll help prepare quality of earnings and net working capital analysis and collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams. This role offers the opportunity to coach junior team members and contribute to high-impact M&A deals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist clients on financial, operational, and tax issues in M&A transactions
• Prepare quality of earnings and net working capital analysis
• Participate in executive management interviews with target companies
• Draft sections of reports, presentations, and client deliverables

📋 Requirements

• CPA/Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance/Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting
• 2-4 years of relevant transaction experience
• Advanced Excel skills (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.)
