💼 About This Role

You'll lead the operations side of KYB onboarding and partner support for the Philippines' most established crypto brand. Your work ensures smooth partner integration and excellent after-sales support. This role stands out for being fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas with both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee KYB onboarding process for partner accounts.
• Manage Partner Support and Onboarding sub-teams.
• Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with associates.
• Monitor partner activity to prevent churn.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or Business.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or account management.
• Proven experience in KYB onboarding or partner operations.
• Ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
