🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop performance-focused ad creatives and banners
• Implement UI-style visuals into marketing creatives
• Run variation testing of formats and hypotheses
• Analyze competitors and generate new visual concepts

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as Graphic or Marketing Designer in performance teams
• Hands-on experience creating Facebook/Instagram Ads (banners, stories, posts)
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• A portfolio showcasing performance-driven advertising creatives
