💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with lead math teachers to support scholars in reaching their math goals in a K-12 Newark school. You'll help close opportunity gaps for black and brown students through one-on-one and small group instruction. This role is ideal for those pursuing a teaching career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Tutor students one-on-one and in small groups in math
• Create and maintain a positive, safe classroom environment
• Support or lead execution of network-adopted lesson plans
• Use student data to inform instruction and adjust as needed

📋 Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Excel
• Love for mathematics and willingness to learn new concepts
• Prior experience working with children (strongly preferred)
