💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the tactical engine behind New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, driving rigorous execution from design to mass production. You will coordinate cross-functionally between Engineering and Operations to ensure category-defining robots transition to validated hardware on aggressive schedules. This is a unique opportunity to own the critical path of transformative technology in a high-stakes hardware environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and enforce master NPI checklist for EVT, DVT, PVT phases
• Maintain product launch schedule, identify critical path shifts
• Drive clear-to-build readiness for each development phase
• Coordinate development and release of production tooling and fixtures
• Track hardware testing and validation results across teams

📋 Requirements

• BS in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical degree
• 5+ years of project management or NPI coordination in complex hardware manufacturing
• Experience with hardware product development lifecycle and EVT/DVT/PVT milestones
• Hands-on experience with Arena PLM or similar PLM tools for BOMs and ECOs
