💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of production associates in a vehicle inspection center to hit daily targets and uphold quality standards. You'll manage inventory flow, coach team members, and ensure safety while working in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars safely in and out of the Inspection Center
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities and coach team members
• Prevent and resolve conflict among team members
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and procedures

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs, ≤2 moving violations in 3 years)
• Lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Experience using computers
