Description

You will own end-to-end operational execution across the Foundation, driving complex cross-functional initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. You'll partner with leadership to turn strategy into action, manage resource allocation, and foster execution discipline across globally distributed teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior operations or leadership roles in high-growth complex organizations
• Demonstrated track record in cryptocurrency or blockchain space
• Strong bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity
• Leads through influence, high integrity, low ego

• Own end-to-end operational execution across the Foundation

• Design and improve operating processes, project management frameworks, and internal rhythms

• Partner with CIO on resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
