You'll support licensed colorists at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar to deliver a seamless guest experience. You'll learn color theory and behind-the-chair skills while working towards promotion to Licensed Colorist. Madison Reed is a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brand with a strong focus on innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and finishing services.
• Contribute to sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.
• Complete Assistant Colorist to Colorist training program.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.
