💼 About This Role

You'll perform janitorial and maintenance duties under supervision, supporting site safety plans and operational standards. You'll handle work orders, trash removal, and assist with basic repairs of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role emphasizes team collaboration and energy conservation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete work orders within your job classification.
• Move all trash containers and assist with snow/ice removal.
• Assist with trash-out of vacant apartments and basic repairs.
• Maintain common spaces, mechanical, electrical, and shop areas.

📋 Requirements

• Experience commensurate with facility for utility engineer role.
• Computer skills to interact with building systems.
• OSHA ACM awareness training certification.
• Working knowledge of energy conservation strategies.
