You'll design and execute bioanalytical studies using ligand binding assay platforms to support drug discovery and clinical trials. Your work will directly impact data integrity and regulatory compliance for client projects. This role offers the chance to lead studies and mentor junior scientists in a GLP-regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute assay development and qualification studies
• Serve as lead scientist, providing work instructions and training
• Manage client communication and study conduct
• Ensure compliance with GLP regulatory requirements and SOPs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in relevant field with 5+ years bioanalytical lab experience
• Extensive hands-on experience in GLP-regulated laboratory environment
• Strong experience with ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD, or similar)
• Experience with assay development, qualification, and validation for biomarker, PK, or ADA assays

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as study lead or Principal Investigator role
• Experience with immunogenicity assay development
