As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer at Ledgy, you will design and build scalable systems for equity management. You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop automation and experiences, while taking ownership of key features and mentoring peers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Excited about the impact of equity on entrepreneurship
• Experience with complex financial data transformations and compliance requirements
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code (backend and frontend)
• Experience with React, NodeJS, and MongoDB

Responsibilities

• Design and build elegant, scalable systems for equity management
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop automation and experiences
• Participate in architecture discussions around scaling workflows, data models, and integrations
• Ship independently on impactful product features and improvements
• Mentor other engineers and share expertise in automation, data modeling, and scalability
