💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business development and growth across enterprise relationships, including health plans and strategic partners. Your core impact will be owning end-to-end deals and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles in an early-stage healthcare environment. You'll also prepare reporting and insights for the SVP, Commercial, supporting pipeline and account performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise healthcare buyers
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers across health plans
  • Prepare and synthesize reporting for the SVP, Commercial

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in analytical professional services (consulting, banking/PE) and 2+ years in business development/account management
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or health tech
  • Expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems
