💼 About This Role
You'll drive new business development and growth across enterprise relationships, including health plans and strategic partners. Your core impact will be owning end-to-end deals and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles in an early-stage healthcare environment. You'll also prepare reporting and insights for the SVP, Commercial, supporting pipeline and account performance.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise healthcare buyers
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Build strong relationships with decision makers across health plans
- Prepare and synthesize reporting for the SVP, Commercial
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in analytical professional services (consulting, banking/PE) and 2+ years in business development/account management
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or health tech
- Expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems
