🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement highly scalable distributed systems using Java
• Build and optimize low-latency, high-throughput APIs and backend services
• Own critical components and drive code and design reviews
• Mentor engineers through pair programming and design guidance

📋 Requirements

• 12-15 years of hands-on backend development using Java
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and system design
• Experience with Apache Spark or Apache Flink
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB)

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Databricks or Snowflake
• Experience with Big Data technologies
