💼 About This Role

You'll own G-P's AI agent product end-to-end, working with a distributed team across time zones. Your core impact is building the product-led sales engine and driving integrations. This co-founder-level role requires extreme ownership and shipping fast without waiting for permission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product end-to-end: discovery, design, specs, delivery.
• Build product-led sales engine with onboarding and viral loops.
• Drive integrations with CLMs, HRIS, doc management, email.
• Run product research and synthesize into roadmap decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Engineer background with ability to read code and reason about systems.
• Product sense and design ability from problem to wireframe to shipped product.
• Agentic AI fluency using Cursor agents, Claude, and similar tools daily.
• Product-led sales experience with self-serve funnels and activation flows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Past founder or co-founder experience.
• Legal or HR domain experience, particularly GC or legal ops.
• Integration experience with PRDs covering auth, data mapping, error handling.
