You'll define requirements and user stories for ArcGIS Hub web services, enabling in-app and programmatic workflows. Your work directly shapes customer experiences with spatial collaboration tools. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and product leadership to drive iterative releases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer requirements into functional user stories
• Create and maintain performance dashboards for service usage
• Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog with the team
• Organize and communicate development and release plans

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in an Agile software development environment
• Experience with ArcGIS applications or GIS technology
• Experience with web services and APIs including RESTful services
• Intermediate project management skills for iterative releases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise-scale or developer-focused products
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Hub, Grafana, AWS, Postman, or Playwright
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, TypeScript, or JavaScript
