💼 About This Role

You'll lead mechanical design of complex HVAC, plumbing, and industrial systems for a 100% employee-owned engineering firm, collaborating with engineers and architects on industrial, ag, food & beverage, education, and commercial projects. You'll also mentor junior staff and support business development through a Seller-Doer model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mechanical design of HVAC, plumbing, and industrial systems
• Support projects from concept through construction
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on integrated solutions
• Mentor junior staff and support business development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 12-25 years of progressive mechanical design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
• Valid Driver's License with clean record and ability to travel up to 10%

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional registration in additional states (WI, IL, SD, IA)
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or Plant 3D
• Experience with energy modeling software like Trane TRACE
