• Maintain a Safety-First culture in the fulfillment center
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and implement improvements
• Optimize resource allocation including manpower and equipment
• Lead and mentor front-line operations staff

📋 Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience in operations areas such as production or quality assurance
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements like OSHA, GMP, HACCP
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and delegate effectively

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or TPM certifications
• Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations
