💼 About This Role

You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) to patients in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a harm reduction framework. This role offers flexible full-time schedules and a supportive team model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder via telehealth
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment independently
• Provide patient-centered, harm reduction-based care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence
• 1+ year independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine
• Reside in one of specified states (AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY)
• In select states, hold designation for independent practice without physician supervision
