You'll join Scion Group as a Facilities Technician, ensuring safety and functionality of property buildings and equipment. You'll execute maintenance objectives, complete preventive maintenance tasks, and deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain physical condition of property per SOPs and OSHA standards.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning coils and lubricating equipment.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand 8+ hours per day.
