Description

You will manage complex deals and develop standardized processes at the intersection of finance, sales, and legal to scale revenue for a frontier AI company. You'll build scalable processes from the ground up and impact strategic customer relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years in deal desk, finance, sales strategy/operations, or related analytical roles
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling, pricing optimization, and structuring complex deals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with process improvement instincts
• Experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms

Responsibilities

• Conduct growth and margin analysis, discount impact assessment, and deal profitability modeling
• Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals meeting customer needs
• Review and analyze enterprise deals for pricing, terms, and financial implications
• Serve as primary liaison between sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams
• Develop and maintain deal approval policies, pricing guidelines, and exception handling procedures
